Is website ko use karte hue aap in terms se agree karte hain. Hum apne business mein sachai (sidq), insaf (adl), amanat aur mutual consent (taraadi) ko bunyadi usool samajhte hain.

Is website par order place karna is baat ki tasdeeq hai ke:
- Aap ne product ki details samajh li hain
- Aap purchase se razi hain
- Aap in terms ko accept karte hain

Hum koshish karte hain ke:
- Har product ki information accurate ho
- Images aur descriptions real product ke qareeb hon
- Phir bhi thodi variation ho sakti hai (lighting, screen difference, manufacturing batch)
3. Orders & Payments
- Order tabhi confirm hota hai jab payment complete ho jaye (ya COD confirmation ho)
- Hum kisi bhi order ko reject ya cancel kar sakte hain agar fraud ya misuse ka doubt ho
4. Pricing
- Prices bina notice ke update ho sakti hain
- Final price wahi hoga jo checkout ke waqt show hota hai
5. Shipping & Delivery
- Delivery time estimated hota hai, guarantee nahi
- Delay ho sakta hai due to courier, weather, ya logistics issues
- Hum third-party courier services use karte hain, is liye delays humare control mein nahi hote
6. Returns & Refunds
Returns sirf hamari Return Policy ke mutabiq accept kiye jayenge.

Hum apne business mein:
- Jhoot aur misrepresentation se parhez karte hain
- Har transaction mein dono parties ka haq protect karte hain
- Har deal mutual razamandi par based hoti hai
8. User Responsibility
Customer ki zimmedari hai ke:
- Sahi shipping details provide kare
- Order confirm karne se pehle product details check kare
- Misuse ya illegal activity se parhez kare
9. Limitation of Liability
Hum kisi bhi indirect loss (delay, courier issue, external damage) ke zimmedar nahi honge jab tak product hamare control mein ho.
