Return & Refund Policy

At iRessa.pk, we strive to ensure that every customer has a premium shopping experience. If you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase, our return and refund policy is designed to assist you fairly:

1. 7-Day Return & Exchange Guarantee

You can initiate a return or exchange request within 7 days of receiving your product. Please note that requests made after this 7-day window will not be eligible for a return or exchange.

2. Eligibility Criteria

To be eligible for a return, the following conditions must be met:

  • The product must be in its original, unused, and unaltered condition.

  • All original brand tags, packaging, and boxes must be intact and undamaged.

  • Any free gifts, promotional items, or accessories included with the product must also be returned.

3. Refund & Payment Process

  • Inspection: Once we receive your returned item, it will undergo a quality inspection. Your refund will be processed only after the item is approved by our team.

  • Refund Method: The refund amount will be transferred to your provided Bank Account, EasyPaisa, or JazzCash within 3-5 working days.

  • Shipping Costs: Original shipping charges are non-refundable. The cost of return shipping is the responsibility of the customer (unless the product received was incorrect or damaged).

4. Damaged or Wrong Items

If you receive a damaged or incorrect product, please contact our WhatsApp helpline within 48 hours of delivery. In such cases, iRessa.pk will bear the full cost of exchange and shipping to rectify the error.
